Join us for the second annual Laurie’s Love Legacy Run, a New Year community event that blends movement with meaning. This 5K fun run & walk and 1 Mile brings individuals and families together in celebration of connection, wellness, and shared purpose.
The day features live music, food trucks, and vendor experiences, all set against the backdrop of beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida.

The Laurie’s Love mission
The Laurie’s Love mission is to Connect, Empower and Inspire every member who joins the Laurie’s Love app so that no Warrior goes through their cancer journey alone. Laurie’s Love is a forum to speak privately and candidly with someone who understands the specific path that you are on, the precise treatments you are enduring and/or have endured, and the aftereffects of those treatments.
This app is designed to be a common place to lift each other up during the difficult days and to provide inspiration on the momentous days that should be celebrated. It is a community to share personal stories to help empower one another as you work towards a victory over your cancer while keeping the faith that a cure is on the horizon.

To ensure a smooth and stress-free race experience, all participants are encouraged to attend Packet Pick-Up Day prior to the Laurie’s Love Legacy Run.

Become a Vendor
Set up a booth in the event village at 3 Daughters Brewing and connect directly with participants, spectators and local supporters. The vendor fee is $100 for a 10 by 10 foot space. You provide your own tent, table and materials, and you’re listed as a Vendor Partner on event-day signage.

The Legacy Run runs on volunteers. Give a few hours on packet pick-up day or race morning and help make the day feel welcoming for every runner, walker and family.

Not at all. This is a fun run & walk, meant to be fun and for a great cause. Run it, jog it, walk it or push a stroller: every pace is welcome. It is timed, so if you want to know how you did, you can.
We will be starting and finishing at 3 Daughters Brewing, 222 22nd St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712. Both the 5K and the 1 Mile are out-and-back courses on flat terrain.
Routes are proposed and pending city approval.
The 5K fun run & walk starts at 10:45 AM and the 1 Mile family fun run/walk at 11:00 AM, both at 3 Daughters Brewing. Choose the 5K or the shorter 1 Mile (both are out and back) and finish into the post-race festivities at the brewery.
